We recently completed tree surgery work for a school in Lower Darwen, Lancashire, where the initial recommendation from another contractor was to remove several trees across the site.
After carrying out a tree survey, we found that most of the trees did not need removing. Some only required professional tree reduction and maintenance to improve safety and manage growth while keeping the trees healthy and in place.
This approach helped the school reduce unnecessary costs while maintaining a safe outdoor environment for children and staff.
Alongside the tree surgery work, we also supported the school by donating bark and helping improve part of their woodland garden area with natural features for outdoor learning and play 🌱
