PES Electrical Services has recently delivered a full electrical fit-out for a brand-new office space in Preston. Our team carried out the complete Electrical, Data, Audio and Fire Alarm system installations, ensuring the client received a safe, modern and future-ready workspace.

For the lighting and audio, we integrated Loxone smart automation, giving the client a fully automated environment that adapts to how the space is used. With intelligent lighting control, automated ambience, energy-efficient operation, and seamless audio integration, the system enhances comfort while reducing running costs.

🚨 Emergency Call-Out in Preston

This week, our engineers were called to a property after the occupants noticed a strong smell of burning. On arrival, we discovered that the consumer unit had completely melted.

The cause? An incorrectly terminated connection on the RCD by a previous electrician, which had been arcing over time and creating a serious fire risk.

Our team replaced the consumer unit the same day, fully tested the installation, and carried out an EICR, which identified further concerns throughout the property.

⚠️ Electrical faults like this can go unnoticed until it's too late.
