As some of you may have seen, a post has recently been shared on Scotland Scammers regarding myself and my business.
I would like to reassure both past and future customers that much of the information being circulated is inaccurate and does not reflect the full situation.
The post suggests that our work was of a poor standard. However, what has not been mentioned is that some of the photographs shared were taken while the job was still in progress, before the roofing work had been completed. The customers later asked us to stop work and leave the site, which we agreed to do.
The comments regarding my attitude stemmed from concerns I raised when it became apparent that payment for the work already completed might not be forthcoming.
I felt it was important to share my side of the story, as social media often allows one perspective to be seen without the full context. Those who know me and have used my services over the years will know the standard of work and customer service I strive to provide.
I would like to thank all of my loyal and returning customers for their continued support. I simply ask that people consider both sides before forming an opinion.
Thank you,
Jordan and the Team
