Well getting back into the swing of things after being home with the kids for months. Amazing transformation here. Lovely little sun trap with decking area making a really awkward back yard a beautiful little spot to sit and chill with a glass of vino. 😊

Been quite a while since I’ve posted anything as we’ve had such a busy summer. I will be posting other jobs before and after photos when I can.

This is a beautiful bathroom completed earlier this summer. Hot water tank moved to the loft space to make room for large shower. Wall removed between bathroom and old shower room. Completely stripped back and re plastered/tiled. Stunning freestanding bath and luxurious shower. The photos don’t do this bathroom justice it is stunning. We also built a bespoke towel cupboard in the place of the original shower door.

Nice job just completed for a lovely couple. Out with the old in with the new. Stair case revamped and artex ceiling plastered over. This can really open up a hall stairs and landing. Looking forward to seeing it all painted up.

By far my favourite job to date. Complete transformation from top to bottom on this one, literally.

Garage converted
Walls removed
New kitchen
New bathroom
New shower room
Created a fantastic family living space
Newly plastered throughout
New skirting and flooring
New windows and doors
New custom fitted wardrobes to bedrooms and hallway matching in with kitchen units.

Everything went into this job it was a labour of love.
Fantastic house for a really fantastic family. It really was a pleasure. It’s never easy having work done whilst living in a house but they were amazing and are now loving their new home.

I'm proud to present this job from the end of last year!

Designed by myself and built to the highest possible specification to meet the customers needs.

This well insulated summer house can be enjoyed all year round and has underfloor heating. It has a toilet and sink with hot running water. It has a perfect plaster finish with skirting boards and flooring. The outside is finished with a beautiful hardwood to match the decking walkway. Finished off with the beautiful 3m bifold doors with built in blind units. Great for those summer days to open up to the amazing views. This space is the perfect hideaway, garden office, studio or gym.

In addition to the summer house we removed existing patio and walls. We laid new patio with the beautiful sandstone paving which complimented the sandstone blocks used for the retaining walls. The main stairs were widened and a new set of stairs created with a path to the decking walkway.

I was asked to design and custom build a seating area which really sets off the patio and will be a great spot to enjoy in the summer evening with a glass of wine and a good book.

I can design and build to your needs or specification. We pride ourself on being reasonable and honest with pricing. I am able to keep costs down as there is no sales team there is no showroom and no middle man. Another happy customer.

Looking for extra space? Converting a garage can be a very cost effective way of doing so and can add value to your home.

Garage conversion completed at the beginning of the year.

Garage door removed and new brick work and window added. We fitted the roller garage door later that day to a neighbours garage. Recycling is good. 😊

Floor height lifted to match in with existing hallway. Stud wall built and insulated with access panels for utilities.
Plastered throughout.
Sockets and radiator added.
Fireplace installed.
Flooring and skirting installed.
Lick of paint.

All aspects of the build are handled by ourselves including dealing with local councils for permission to convert a garage making it a hassle free experience for you.

After a very busy year in 2018 we are well and truly back into the swing of things. We will be posting some before and after photos from work last year over the next week or so. Here is a nice bathroom and hall/stairs and landing. Wall removed between old toilet and separate bathroom. Lovely new bathroom with really nice tiles. Quite the transformation. Hall, stairs and landing newly plastered, new skirting and architrave as well as new cupboard doors and bannister. New loft hatch installed with drop down ladder. Really freshened the place up. Another extremely happy customer.

Been a little while since I've posted fair to say we've been busy.

Huge transformation here wall removed to open up what was once a small toilet and part of a porch. Door relocated to allow enough height for a shower. Blocked up 2 windows ready to be rendered on the outside and fitted a new window. We then fitted a lovely spacious shower and fantastic space saving toilet/sink. Tiles were an excellent choice for the room and made all the better with underfloor heating and brightened up with downlights. Customer is over the moon with the results as are we.

Wall moved back to allow space for large shower tray and framework for floating toilet.
Bathroom completely reconfigured.
Plastered and tiled.
Spotlights and extractor fitted.
Wall in bedroom plastered and shelf in place for television.
Wardrobe altered and moved.

Window removed opening up to what was a conservatory
Doors removed wall lifted new windows and roof installed with ceiling.
New window and French doors installed

Transforming this house l into a beautiful Spacious family home with open plan living.

Phase 3 will see upstairs getting a new layout with a larger family bathroom.
