Was an absolute pleasure to be involved in this transformation. First off all we started in the kitchen. Re insulated the ceiling, boarded with 12mil fire proof boards, finished with a smooth and shiny finish, now we come to the man cave!! A cold wasted area transformed into a warm space man cave, we ripped the old ceiling down, doubled up on the insulation, sbr the walls before using the old traditional way (float and set) using hardwall to build out the walls making them level and square finished again to a smooth shiny finish.
