This is my worst nightmare when I get to rental spas and find kids goggles and toys round Hottubs. These are not play pools ! The guidelines stating NOT to place your head in/under the water surface are there for a reason.

Bank Holiday Sunday call out to a poorly spa. Circulation pump had seized up. We had a spare in stock, but had to swap over the wet end to keep the same couplings. New wet end seal fitted too……

Another rapid repair of a failed heating element. No waiting days for spares, as we keep complete tube assemblies ready to swap out. The element is then replaced back in the workshop....

One awesomely happy customer getting her rental spa working for the bank holiday. If it had not been for the spares we carry, it would have been a washout till Wednesday.... Blown pump run capacitor prevented the spa from warming up.....

Another switch out..... This was a pretty new lifter fitted against our advice, less than a month later its totally bent out of shape. If you have a rental spa, always fit a ground mount......
Plus, we always fit sturdier screws than the ones supplied.....

Sometimes you cant carry every O Ring size. This is a tool tip I picked up in the Army, with a rapid repair kit designed to help you make the right size ring. Graded holes to ensure a square end cut, and a V Notch to aid gluing the ends together.....
3D print so I can now expidite ackward repairs.....

Protect your spa cover, but more importantly protect your spa cabinet......
Covers get heavy with age, and cabinet mounted lifters can severly damage the outer of your spa, especially in holiday let environments. This ground mount takes all the strain off of the cabinet and onto the ground pivot.
Further to this, we throw the supplied screws in the bin, and fit high quality stainless steel screws that last way longer...

Hard to find small parts.....? We serviced a swim spa with 12 of these air valves that had broken. Only way to replace was to buy the complete valve assembly just to replace the orange bit..... yes, we designed and 3D printed replacements in tough ASA filiment.....
