Small kitchen refurbishment job (in a 4th floor flat)

We removed the old kitchen & tiles.

We made good the damaged walls, new tiling, new units, stainless steel worktop, sink & tap plumbed in by us, new socket frontals, scaffold board shelving. We refreshed the burnt and water stained oak worktop with lots of sanding and a fresh coat of oil.

Oak Balustrade.

We removed the handrail, baserail & spindles, keeping the existing newel posts for strength.

We cladded the posts with Oak, new oak baserail, handrail, square edge spindles & newel caps.

Everything was glued, screwed and pinned together to create a solid structure then sanded ready for varnishing.
