An electric boiler we recently fitted with cylinder.

The reason for the electrical boiler installation was because the customer doesn't have access to natural gas, LPG or oil.

We converted them from an open vented solid fuel fire system to a fully electrical powered, sealed system with a wireless thermostat.

Old system was thoroughly flushed, ensuring the new system is running nicely.

This was from an old ideal Icos HE on a vented system to a new Ideal Logic+ combi system.

The old system condition was the worst I've seen. After a fair few hours of power flushing we managed to extract about 2 kilos of crud, got the system's water crystal clear and the ADEY ProCheck water test ensured the water is how it should be. The system is now performing better than ever and heating up in no time.

7 years warranty for the customer with this boiler.

Kick space heater from the heating system installed. 1 new radiator and a towel rail also fitted.

Customer happy as there was no room in their kitchen for a radiator.

Worcester CDI service today.

This was a planned full strip down service, which was well needed as you can see from the photos.

Auto Air Vent was removed and cleaned as best as possible. All other components checked and cleaned. Burning away nicely, gas rate and FGA was spot on. No adjusting needed.

Full Central Heating install from this week. Boiler fitted and 7 rads hung. Hot and colds to new bathroom and kitchen.

This was a lovely job to do. We was given a nice blank canvas to do our thing.

Full 3 years garantee. System is new, but was flushed and the water tested to prove correctness.

Left with a simple thermostat for the customer to easily operate 👍👍

Few snaps from another full strip down Worcester boiler service.

Managed to carry out the full service without interrupting the flue.

System water was filthy and caused the Auto Air Vent (AAV) to leak, which was cleaned and sorted. Advised the customer about the state of the system's water and recommended a proper flush and to fit a filter on the heating circuit to help protect the boiler.

No Hot Water - Potterton Performa. Customer was quoted over the odds to repair this boiler and rightly so wanted a second opinion.

With a little bit of digging, the fault was found to be on the DHW Pressure Differential Valve Diaphragm.

New diaphragm kit ordered and the boiler is now repaired for a fraction of the price saving hundreds.

Pressure relief valve was letting by and causing a pressure drop in this system, which lead the boiler to lockout due to the low system pressure.

This boiler was stripped down, cleaned, prv replaced and all components serviced to help avoid future surprises.

Little strip down service on this Alpha CD13R today.

Combustion chamber, Burner, heat exchanger, condensate trap, ignition electrodes all cleaned. Flame detection electrode replaced.

Flue gas analysis and gas rate confirms the boiler is running nicely.

All components and the boiler swept for leakage after work is complete.

Install we finished recently. Converted an old system to a modern combi.

Tried to keep the pipework as tight as possible with minimal drops. Managed to squeeze everything in. All components are easily accessible, to help make future maintenance easy.

Full thorough flush completed and the results sent on to the customer as proof.

7 years warranty 🤙

A few shots from a recent full central heating install.

Laggings on, sparky wired in the fuse spur, water softner, additional filling loop, shock arrestor and ball valve on the DCW supply to the loft, upstream, in a hallway cupboard.

Hive smart control system installed.

8 radiators installed. The property previously had a full electrical heating circuit, running it was costing a bomb.
