Essential Requirements:

- Own Gas Safe Registration, with Gas Flue Analyser
- Own tools
- Hold a full UK manual driving licence
- Domestic experience
- Qualified installer of vented and unvented cylinders
- Competent with boiler diagnostics, boiler servicing, installation, maintenance & repairs, across all major brands
- Experience with plumbing maintenance
- Experience with full bathroom installations
- Customer focused
- Work equally alone as well as part of a team
- Excellent time-keeping

Job responsibilities will include at time but are not limited to –

- Boiler Installations & Commissioning
- Boiler Servicing & Gas Safety Certificates
- Boiler Breakdowns
- General Plumbing and Plumbing maintenance works
- Bathroom Installations
- Site work
- Co-ordinate jobs and liaise with owner, customers and suppliers
- Liaise with other trades when required on jobs
- Work alongside the office team to arrange bookings and provide technical support

Due to continued company growth and high volumes of work we are looking to recruit a permanent experienced, organised and dedicated Heating Engineer/Plumber.

This will be a diverse role and will require somebody who can work alone and alongside others to ensure the smooth running of projects and continued growth in the business.

What we are looking for –

The ideal candidate will be competent with all basic plumbing duties, confident with boiler breakdown issues, capable of servicing, boiler installations, diagnostics and CP12s, self motivated and good with customers - people who you will see time and time again and become “your customers”. You will be expected to make a highly professional, relaxed and friendly impression.

You will need to be able to walk into any domestic property and fix or replace whatever is broken - boiler, unvented cylinder, taps, toilet, or a leak on a heating system/pipe etc

Additionally, a good knowledge of heating controls and system wiring is essential.

- A confident and articulate individual with strong communication skills
- Gas Safe qualifications
- Must have proven experience in all elements of domestic gas, plumbing & heating - bathroom fitting an advantage
- An eye for detail and presentation - take pride in your work
- A strong team player with a positive, can do attitude
- Must hold a clean UK driving licence
