If you have condensation in your sash window's double glazed units don't have the whole window replaced, just change the units! We do all of the different frosted patterns too. This client preferred just a plain non-patterned frosted glass and we refurbished the window too along with a new lock and handles.

But even if the box frame looks very bad, don't immediately conclude you must replace that too - in over 95% of cases, we can replace only the sections that are rotten, saving significant sums in expensive joinery.

In Tunbridge Wells, the rotten sashes had our client concerned that the whole windows would need replacing completely. Instead she saved a considerable sum by keeping the box frames and replacing just the sashes with Hardwood Double Glazed Replicas. After decorating the frames at the same time as the installation, this bay window looks as good as new!
