Steel going up and progress moving fast 💪
This project is taking shape as we install structural steel within a tight, scaffolded footprint — where precision and compact power make all the difference. The Jekko 532.2 spider crane is doing the heavy lifting, threading steel into place with pinpoint accuracy, while the Aconda tracked carriers keep materials flowing efficiently across the site.
From confined access to complex lifts, this setup proves that the right kit turns challenges into smooth operations.

🚧 Precision Lifting in Restricted Conditions 🚧

Another successful lift using our Hoeflon C10e compact crane on a challenging site with strict load restrictions.

Due to ground loading limits, the crane had to be tracked into position without its counterweights. Once in place, we installed 1.8m² outrigger pads to distribute the load and keep ground pressures below 1 tonne per square metre.

After safely reinstalling the counterweights, the C10e was ready to get to work — lifting steelwork and materials up to roof level efficiently within a tight courtyard environment.

Compact cranes like the C10e allow us to carry out lifts in areas where traditional cranes simply can’t operate, while still meeting strict engineering and site loading requirements.

🔐 Safe Removal – Precision & Control

Another specialist removal completed this week — extracting an old commercial safe from site using our Tracked Carrier 2500 Pro and an A-Frame Gantry system.
After a full site assessment, we:
✔️ Installed the gantry and chain hoist to lift the safe clear of the floor
✔️ Carefully positioned the tracked carrier beneath the suspended load
✔️ Lowered and secured the safe for controlled internal transport
✔️ Navigated thresholds and loading areas with low ground pressure tracking
✔️ Safely loaded onto the flatbed via aluminium ramps
✔️ Fully secured for compliant transport

Using the combination of gantry lift and tracked carrier allowed us to complete the removal efficiently, safely, and without damage to the building or surrounding areas.

Steel going up 👊

This week we deployed our all-electric Jekko 532.2 spider crane to install this new mezzanine floor inside a warehouse undergoing refurbishment. With restricted access and limited headroom, the compact size and impressive lifting capacity made it the ideal machine for the job.
Running fully electric meant zero emissions and minimal noise, creating a cleaner and safer working environment for everyone on site. The precision controls allowed for accurate and safe install, keeping the the job efficient and on schedule.

Another successful glazing install completed 👌

Our team made great use of our compact Hoeflon C10e to safely lift and position this double glazed unit into this upper-level residential development. With limited street access and tight working space, careful planning and precision lifting were key to getting the job done efficiently and safely.

From delivery to final placement, everything was handled with minimal disruption and maximum attention to detail. Great teamwork and a smooth install all round.
