A great day in the sun, viewing the finishing touches that are underway at one of our SHDF projects. 💥

30 properties overall have been retrofitted on the initial phase of the scheme. 🏡

We have delivered our client a full retrofit solution providing, scaffolding, EWI installs, Solar PV, Loft insulation and draught proofing.

We have been very busy the past few months and we're pleased to show off just one of our current projects!

We have installed 100mm Rockwool system with a silicone render finish that is being installed to improve the energy efficiency of these homes in the Kings Langley area 🏡

Along with Next Generation Scaffolding providing more brilliant scaffold installations and NxtGen Energy Ltd installing the solar systems to each property to help with the tenants energy costs!

The Dream Team work together yet again on an exciting project 🙌

EWI PROJECT SECURED 🙌

We have been working hard on a new External Wall Insulation project based in Kings Langley for our client Osborne

The project consists of a pilot scheme of 30 + houses for the Dacorum District Council and enables all the properties to under go Retrofit measures to attain more efficient energy measures for the future 🌏

We will be installing full EWI systems along with all of the enabling works and solar PV panels to every property by NXTGEN Energy Limited

Did we mention Next Generation Scaffolding Limited are also supplying access to each block 💚🖤

We look forward to sharing with you the progress of this contract and some more exciting news in the coming days...

Here's one of many recent IWI installations we have completed for our client Morgan Sindall Construction & Infrastructure in the London area.

Our team has worked hard to get these properties fitted out with SWIP insulation, with new downflows and other measures ready for the future of eco homes.

WE HAVE OUR PAS2030 B8 ACCREDITATION 🥳

NXTGEN Futures has been awarded a government-backed certification, to help improve the energy-efficiency of homes across the UK.

We welcome the huge achievement of being awarded PAS 2030 and Trustmark registration. PAS 2030 is the recognised certification standard for energy-efficient installations and Trustmark is the government-backed quality scheme that offers consumers the highest levels of protection when having work carried out on their home.
Both schemes require rigorous audits, with ongoing assessments to ensure that standards are being maintained.
The certification ensures that the processes, standards, and competency are in place to ensure that any installation in a home is compliant with the government guidelines on energy-efficiency, ensuring that homes are being upgraded to energy efficiency rating of C or above in the run up to the 2050 net zero deadline.
The team have pulled together to get the enormous amount of paperwork complete, the surveys booked in and ready, completing the courses along the way to educate ourselves on the world of Retrofitting, all whilst managing a new contract which provides these services and allows us to shine in our new venture, gaining experience in this specialist field.

We now proudly hold our Internal Wall Insulation certificate (IWI) & MCS Solar accreditation.

What's next? We are heading towards our External Wall Insulation (EWI) certificate which we are expecting in the coming weeks.
