Customer was having nothing but problems with this tiled back extension. Upon investigation the pitch of the roof was too shallow for them tiles and basically every over tile that’s made. So we Stripped it off, boarded and felted. Very happy how it all come out. No more problems for this customer.

Tenant was having problems with this old asphalt roof covered in stones. So we scraped back all the stones, good solid covering of primer and then all covered with the 4.5mm axter mineral felt.

Landlord contacted me on this one with the tenant complaining of several leaks and some serious damp and condensation problems. Only option was to completely strip off and re-new. Very happy how this one’s came out.
