"We have had the absolute pleasure of having Jon at JW Tiling-Rayleigh in to tile our new upstairs bathroom. From the very first contact Jon has been so professional, knowledgeable, honest and just a really nice guy. Due to a delay our side, he actually started a day late, but still managed to finish the tiling within 4 days! He's taken his time, worked it all out, made it look aesthetically pleasing and has been a pleasure to have working here. He's arrived on time every day, given us updates, been easily contactable and gave us a quote the day after he came to take measurements, he ensured we had the correct number of tiles, and guided us with grout choice too. Jon always tidied up after himself, left everything clean and tidy and even to the extent of washing up his cup at the end of the day!
