We have been extremely busy lately, but not posted anything! Here is a huge 90SQM Rubber EPDM roof we have just completed in Westcliff Parade. The old System had failed and let water ingress into the bungalows below, we have stripped the whole roof & added new deck boards all accross where the old boards were un-usable , then installed this EPDM rubber system which will be perfect for these property’s. Tough conditions on the sea front , but a great job completed 👍

Our Leigh on sea Job is coming to an end, a big renovation at the rear of the property with a large extension added.
Last week we ran 65SQM of underfloor heating , then screeded …
Completion pics to follow in the next couple weeks, next job en suite bathroom and flooring .

A cold one this week on our Leigh-On-Sea job!! A good week with 3 RSJ’s installed and the rear of the existing house removed. All the existing sub floors now being removed in preparation for a huge water based underfloor heating system to go in.
