Back on the tools for this beauty

Installed these sleek compact laminate worktops for a kitchen done by a mate’s building company — and safe to say it turned out unreal. The dark tones with that subtle veining really set it off. The customer is over the moon!!!

Even better, hadn’t seen him in a couple of years so it was quality catching up while getting stuck into the job even though he did stitch me up for an ice cream 🍦 😂😂😂

Before the coffee this is my morning ritual
• Himalayan pink salt
• Vegan clear protein
• Electrolytes + hydration support
• 5g creatine
• Essential greens
• Fresh lemon juice
• Apple cider vinegar mixed with
• 600ml water

Not the prettiest drink… but it gets the job done 😅
Hydration, recovery, energy, and starting the day feeling switched on with 20g of protein before I even get going!!!
