A little ‘housekeeping’ update from us!
We have hit the ground running since Christmas 🏃♂️💨 the ongoing cold weather has meant that 2025 has gotten off to an even busier start than normal! We are all flagging a tad, and in need of the warmer, sunnier spring weather 🌷☀️ although, isn’t everyone?!
We are at capacity now for the remainder of February and majority of March, booking April onwards for all non-emergency/ non-urgent jobs. We are super grateful to be kept so busy ☺️ and are appreciative as always of the patience and loyalty shown to us, especially at this time of year when our response times are perhaps a little longer 👩🏽💻.
A little note on Estimates…
We have been inundated (completely swamped!) with estimate enquiries and on top of our usual winter workload, we are falling behind and struggling slightly to keep up with the demand. Whilst the majority of these enquiries are genuine and go on to book in with us, there will always be an element of bookings made purely for ‘comparison’ against other companies or to give a ‘rough’ idea of costings for your own interest. We understand entirely that this is the case but please be honest when booking in, because rather than spend hours searching for best prices and putting together detailed estimates, we can give you a guide price which helps you, but also doesn’t waste our time! We have no choice but to put estimates together outside of work hours and it takes up much of our own personal time doing so. Time is precious for us all, so please be honest in the beginning, acknowledge reciept (you’d be amazed at how many don’t!) and feedback to us so we can update our system. It makes a huge difference!
