Most standard reports for semi-detached properties can be completed within an hour, offering both efficiency and value.
The standard software I use is PipeReport a.i in my opinion a dam decent bit of software which produces a detailed in-depth report. It’s now better than Win Can which is grossly overpriced and quite restrictive see example in this post judge for yourself.....
