Hi all these are some Before/Afters off a Recent Re roof we completed in Swindon.

We completely stripping everything back to rafters and re felt and battened the property with new breathable membrane and 25 x 50 treated battens.

We then installed a new GRP valley system and Lead flashings to the dormer abutment and underneath the window in which we had to remove the window and re install.

We installed new Marley Ludlow Antique brown tiles with Segmental ridges to match with a dry verge capping system and dry ridge system to allow ventilation.

Hi all,

This is from One of our Re roofs in Swindon in which the Old felt and battens were replaced with a new breathable membrane and new treated battens,

We also installed new lead flashings on the abutment between the client and the neighbours property.

We also removed the old lead valley which had cracks and holes and replaced with a new GRP Valley and installed a new dry ridge system and Verge caps to allow for ventilation.

Due to constant water ingress the Rafters had rotten and become unsafe so we had to replace the rafters and install a purlin due to there being no support.

To finish off we removed the joint chimney due to it structural being unsafe and wobbling at the slightest gust of wind.

Hi all,

These are some pictures off a Full Re Roof we recently completed in Oxford.

Before we started the roof was in urgent need of some TLC and due to old age and worn felt there was a heavy water ingress.

We completed stripped all tiles, felt and battens off and Re felt and battened the Roof, we then Re tiled used the antique brown Marley modern.

As all roofs need ventilating we used brown verge capping to finish and install a dry ridge system to all the roof to breathe.

Hi all,

This is a recent flat roof we completed in Swindon,

Before we started there was a heavy water ingress that ended up collapsing the plasterboard on the inside.

We stripped everything back to rafters and re boarded and Torched on our 3 layer felt system.

We also installed a new Lead flashing at the back to make sure no future problems can arise from the abutment.

Hi all,

This is our most recent re roof in Bristol

Before we started there was a heavy water ingress due to broken tiles, blown render, and various other issues,

We started by stripping off all old tiles and re felt and battening the whole roof.

We then removed the old chimney capping it off and installed new soffit and fascia’s,

We then re tiled both sides of the roof and installed a dry Ridge system.

We also installed new lead soakers and re rendered the abutment on the neighbours wall,

Hi all,

These are some before/afters from a small Fibreglass GRP Roof that needed a new fibreglass and Restec GRP system in Oxford.

We also re bedded and points all valley tiles as the old was near non existent.
