In the wake of the Grenfell Disaster, the Building Safety Act was introduced to ensure the safe design and implementation of all buildings by requiring a 'Competent Person' by law to oversee the construction of all new-builds.

James Spiteri, director of JGJS Architecture has been attending workshops and will be applying to be placed on the 'Principal Designer under Building Regulations' register which will underline his commitment to making sure that all projects are of the absolute best quality from inception to completion not only for our projects but others as well.

It’s also about the nuts and bolts of day-to-day work on site and making sure the built form is robust and will last the next 100 years.

We love to see the blocks and bricks going together.
