When you’re deep into a project, especially a new site, it’s easy to notice the complaints and problems more than the positives. The fact that people are stopping to chat, saying thank you, and taking the time to send emails suggests the work is being noticed and appreciated.
Most people who are happy with something often just get on with their day, so when they make the effort to stop and say something positive, it usually means it has genuinely made an impression on them.
Sounds like the Princes Risborough site is getting off to a good start, and it’s always nice to be reminded that there are plenty of decent, appreciative people around 😊😊
