Commercial alteration on a lighting circuit, motion sensors installed were not picking up the range needed to switch the lights on, i installed two sensors to pick up the movement immediately and ensure the lights stayed on for the duration needed to pass through this long corridor!

Just so my customers are aware i am currently self isolating for an operation in the near future! Nothing major but a couple wisdom teeth need taking out and then the show can go on! --BACK TO WORK-- just to let customers know with safety precautions in place i will now be booking in small jobs/callouts/urgents. These new LED panel lights will brighten any gloomy office! they are also very energy efficient, it outperforms the traditional fluorescent fittings and reduces energy consumption by 50%! No more changing burnt out fluorescent tube lamps/ballasts which ultimatley costs you in the long run and also contributes to landfill. These fittings can optionally come with an emergency pack which will give 3 hours of light in cases such as power cuts/lighting faults, the pack includes the full battery plug in along with a small bug eye which indicates the emergency batteries are on charge (green light). If your a business owner with an office i would highly recommend these lights, why not cut your lighting energy consumption by 50% and save money on your utility bills at the same time! 🙌💡🌳. Sometimes a little bit of maintenance goes a long way! Had a phone call from a customer regarding noise issues coming from a bathroom fan, as you can see after a bit of a service the fan is now free from dust and debris which has allowed the motor to now operate smoothly. It now extracts air as it should do and no longer makes the humming noise you face when the motor is stressed/working too hard. We live in a society today where our landfill is having a direct negative affect on our environment, maintenance of electrical equipment and not just throwing away contributes a lot towards the cleanliness & longevity of our planet and as a business we want to work with others to ensure we are being as green as we possibly can be!
