Today marks an important milestone for the business as we complete a Management Buyout of AJC Carpentry and begin a new chapter. Last week we wished the irrepressible Andrew Cooke a fond farewell after nearly 30 years in the business.

On behalf of the MBO team; Dane Keenleyside Managing Director, Becky Niall Finance Director and Jordan Huntley Construction Director; we want to recognise the contribution of Andrew. His energy, his drive and his leadership have shaped the company into what it is today and his legacy continues.

As we take the business forward now, our focus will be on continuity, stability, and building on the strong foundations already in place. It’s very much business as usual but we can’t wait to get started.

We are delighted to announce that we will be commencing on new sites in Wokingham, Wisley and Maidenhead.

Wates Wokingham 2B
This is the next phase on the hugely successful scheme at Gorse Ride producing much needed social housing for the local community. AJC will be carrying out the full supply and fit package which includes supply of joists, roofs and internal carpentry materials.

Taylor Wimpey Wisley Acres
We are delighted to have secured the first phase of 140 plots on the Wisley Acres scheme for our valued customer TW South Thames. There is a total 1700 properties being built on this project in Surrey which will be a mix of traditional and timber frame build. AJC has already started installing the Timber frame package and will continue through into the full carpentry package on this development.

Bellway Mattel house
The carpentry package will be delivered across 91 apartments for one of our keys clients Bellway Homes Thames Valley. Works have commenced onsite with the internal fit out imminent.

A very enjoyable project that we had the pleasure of undertaking for a private client over the summer months.

Barnsgrove is a members only clubhouse located in the heart of Hampshire countryside. It offers stunning workspaces, amazing food & drink and wellness/fitness facilities.

AJC were instructed to supply and fit the carpentry and bespoke joinery package. Our highly skilled carpenters carried out the 2nd fix fit out, bespoke wall panelling, installation of kitchen and bathroom vanity unit and cabinetry.
