Our client Debbie really wanted a new driveway, and she wanted it black, so I had a word with ai, just to be able to show her what it could potentially look like, sent her a few images with a curved border to the left, with a new composite fence to replace the huge privet. We settled on black limestone, both durable and strong, together with charcoal pavers, kerb edging and a new circular step. We delivered, she loves it, she doesn’t want to park on it in case she spoils it, and as a result we’ve had 5 neighbours who now want the same. Mission accomplished.

Before and After…Purley-on-Thames.. A different space entirely!

We’ve been transforming a lot of very ‘dated’ looking gardens recently. An understatement! But we love it and we love doing it for our clients, just to see the smiles on their faces afterwards 🤩

We offer cost effective design and build services for our clients. You don’t necessarily need to spend 50/100k to give your garden a makeover but there are so many basic things a garden needs to BE a garden..

Priorities:

• PATIO or DECK - a place to sit with your tea or coffee in the morning, whether small or large. Al fresco dining, an area to entertain family or friends, or just an area to chill 🧘‍♀️ You NEED this.
• FENCE - A fence must be well constructed and be STRONG, and have longevity. An ugly fence can not only make you feel depressed but can also put future buyers off. Get a decent fence installed. If it’s ugly, paint it black, or better still, hide it with plants or build a cedar screen/trellis.
• LEVELS - Gardens feel much more open and inviting when they are on one level. Terraced gardens (with upper or lower levels) can’t often be helped..
• PLANTS - Plants MAKE a garden. End of story. Plants provide structure, impact and privacy. Plant a tree 🌳 We need many more of them.
• LAWNS - Lawns aren’t essential but they are child friendly
• PONDS - Get one if you can. They’ll give you years of joy!
• LIGHTS - The one thing you’ll definitely want if you have your garden landscaped.
