Another clean air conditioning installation completed by Berkshire HVAC ❄️🔥

This customer wanted powerful cooling and heating for their spare room, using a neat and cost-effective system that still delivered proper comfort all year round.

We supplied and installed a Haier 5kW air conditioning / air-to-air heat pump system, giving the room both summer cooling and efficient heating when needed. The indoor unit was positioned neatly in the agreed room location, with the pipework and condensate routed through the external wall to the outdoor unit.

The outdoor unit was positioned on the flat roof using anti-vibration feet, helping keep the installation secure, tidy and practical. The system was pressure tested, vacuum/dehydration tested, commissioned and handed over on completion.

Another smart Fujitsu air conditioning installation completed by Berkshire HVAC ❄️🔥

This customer wanted air conditioning in the bedroom, but the installation route was not as straightforward as a simple back-to-back system.

The indoor unit needed to be positioned neatly in the alcove above the TV, and the chimney/route had raised concerns among other installers. We were able to assess the property, review the available options, and design a practical solution that kept the indoor finish clean while still providing the correct route to the outdoor unit.

The pipework and condensate were routed neatly up into the loft space and then down to the outdoor unit position, with an Aspen silent condensate pump installed to allow the unit to sit exactly where it worked best for the room.

The outdoor unit was ground-mounted down the side of the property, with black external trunking used for a cleaner finish outside.
