Even tho i do not use facebook in any way to use as a platform for work i can see i still get over 300 page views a week!

just an awearness post to all customers "mine or other taders"
i wish customers would apreaciate the hard work and effort that goes into a quotation. either i come to you after my days work or i come to you in my own time. some times 10min drive and some over 1 hr drive each way. i messure up the project . ask every question i need to know. i listen and answer all your thoughts an questions. i go home and when i can i scan every website for the cheapist deals for you. i calcalate the scope and work out a quotation. some times designs. this can take from 30min to 3 hrs per quote! i send it to you wityh links and all other details. i even offer you a discount on materials. a discount on the labour charges and to be clear that comesd out of my pocket. i send it all over and i'm happy ive done a great deal for you and guess what never a thank you . very rare i get a thank you and ill get back to you etc.
wel all know why tho. cos you have had a gardener quote much cheaper and you take the cheap option rather than a profesional choice. i never ever go back to repair a job ive been under quoted for! customers need to know why a quote is cheap. no due deligence. next time a tradesmen sends over a quotation please take 30 seconds of your time to say thank you and ill look into it etc. its notn hard to do.
