🏠 Renovation Journey – Part 4

The transformation is really starting to come together! 🔥

In this stage, we moved on to the finishing details inside the kitchen:

🧱 Installed the kitchen wall tiles between the cabinets, giving the space a clean and modern finish.

🪵 Installed the LVT flooring, completing the new floor and bringing the whole kitchen together.

🎨 And then it was time to move outside…

We started painting the entire exterior of the house, giving the property a completely fresh and renewed look from the inside out. 🏡✨

From dealing with the original sewage damage to rebuilding, repairing and now transforming the property — every stage has been part of one complete renovation journey.

After completing the preparation and groundwork, it was time to move on to the next stage of the renovation.

In this stage:

⚡ Electrical work was completed and prepared for the new layout.
🪚 We built and assembled the kitchen cabinets before carefully installing them in place.
🏡 Step by step, the damaged space was starting to transform into a completely new and modern kitchen.

After leaving the property for several days to allow the timber to dry properly, we used industrial dehumidifiers and carried out multiple rounds of professional disinfection to ensure the area was completely clean, dry, and safe.

Only after confirming that the environment was free from contamination were we able to continue working without protective masks.

In this stage of the renovation:
✅ Replaced the damaged kitchen ceiling plasterboard with new boards.
✅ Installed new floor boards, creating a solid foundation for the new flooring.
✅ Prepared the property for the next phase of the restoration.
