This was a particularly exciting project for us, with RENOLIT ALKORPLAN Roofing Products ALKORSOLAR used as the carrier system for the GRC panels, finished with Rieder facades concrete skin.

The combination of the architectural design, detailed roof geometry and contemporary concrete facade panels has created a truly striking finish.

And there's an added reason to be proud of this one....🎬🏠

The project is set to feature in the upcoming season of Grand Designs!

It's always fantastic to revisit a project once everything has come together, and seeing the completed finish makes all the hard work worthwhile.

🎉 CONTRACT AWARDED 🎉

We are extremely proud to announce that Rooftek Advance Ltd has been awarded the 2026-2029 Flat Roof Replacement Program for Reading Borough Council.

Over the next 2.5 years, our team will be delivering over 80 flat roof replacements across the borough, helping to improve the quality, performance and longevity of homes across Reading.

As part of the program, we will be installing alwitra single-ply waterproofing systems, together with PVC roofline and guttering, providing robust and long-lasting roofing solutions.

A huge thank you to Reading Borough Council for placing their trust in rooftek Advance, and to ICB (waterproofing) Ltd for their continued support and for supplying the Alwitra systems.

This is a fantastic milestone for our business and a project that we are genuinely proud to be involved in.

Works are well underway in Oxford, where we're installing a RENOLIT ALKORPLAN roofing products system across four blocks of flats.

The project features a fully bonded Renolit single-ply waterproofing system installed over a Tapered roofing system insulation scheme, complete with parapet details to ensure effective drainage and long term performance.

Looking forward to sharing further updates as the installation continues.

Turns out patching a failing felt mineral tabletop roof with hope and good intentions doesn’t work… so we refurbished it properly instead.

A full upgrade completed, giving this roof a new lease of life and the client one less thing to worry about when it rains (which is handy in the UK). ☔

Another flat roof completed on a single - storey extension in Tilehurst, Reading.

This one had a few tricky details, but with a skilled team and the right products, everything came together nicely. We used RENOLIT ALKORPLAN roofing products and Triflex to make sure every detail was finished to a high standard.

It's the small details that really matter on the flat roofs and help ensure long-term performance.
