Recently completed this body swap and full paint for our sister company . What was initially intended to take 1 week turned into 3 but we’re chuffed with the results. Not only is it a display of what we’re capable of but also a very usable and capable vehicle for us to add to our fleet.
After a mountain of fabrication work, wiring, piping, painting and swearing we got it finished.
Body swapped ✅
Full body blast ✅
Underside received a good coat of gravitex ✅
Top side painted✅
Cab painted ✅

As usual an absolute pleasure working with to bring another one of his fleet back to its former glory. He asked for the full works and that’s what we delivered. Starting with new mud guards fabricated and fitted, media blasted the chassis, body and wheels, full colour change on the cab including door shuts and finishing off with new side rails, rail legs, reflectors and mud flaps. She should look the part for years to come. 🤘🏻

Something a bit different to end the week on. Nice bit of fab work on this 3.5t Isuzu. For .rgroundworks Tarmac shoot tail board built from scratch then blasted and painted all in house.

I do love a 3 series scania. Had this little gem in for a quick spruce up. Chassis, wheels and cab arches. Finished the steps and side box with black raptor. Hopefully see her back to do the cab 🤞🏻

Skip loader that needed some attention, body, wheels and cab done. Had some nasty dents in both doors. All pulled out and filled to get her looking tip top again ready to go back to work. The customer didn’t believe it was the same truck. Made a comment saying that it was now too nice for him to keep.. we aim to please, under promise and over deliver!

Had this little 1 tonne dumper in for a much needed tidy up. Came together really well, always nice to do something a bit different and go the extra mile.
