Emergency Gas Leak❗️⚠️

A customer called complaining of a gas smell coming from their kitchen. We advised them to turn their gas supply off . We went out and upon testing we found a gas leak in the pipe. Once we identified the leak (broken pipe as shown below) we carried out a repair .

The repair was carried out and signed off by a Gas Safe registered engineer.

Yesterday our brilliant team travelled to Leicester to do a full boiler upgrade.

We removed a back boiler which was installed in the 1960’s behind an open fireplace hearth. We also removed the water tanks from the loft and airing cupboard.

The new energy efficient boiler was installed upstairs in the airing cupboard.

The customer is delighted with the work and will soon reap the financial benefits of having an energy efficient boiler.

It's a great time for spring cleaning but an even better time for a boiler check before the summer switch-off. We recommend having your gas appliances checked annually by a Gas Safe registered engineer. Keep your house clean but also keep it safe.
