The Importance of knowing the condition of your roof!
On inspection I found a cracked ridge and a cracked top row tile that would both be leaking water in.

This repair was undertaken as the roof clean was in progress to ensure a watertight roof for the chemicals.

Got there roof done the same day with chemicals applied the following due to the rain and finished off with a fascia/gutter wash 😊

A overhanging tree on this properly has made it thrive for growing moss and catching branches.

The property is having a full overhaul so a great place to start is right at the top, 7 heavily broken tiles were changed which is great news going forward that the roof is in great condition.
