Proven arboricultural experience

Full driving licence (towing a bonus)

Join a growing, family-run business with a strong reputation for quality tree care and professional service.

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Operations Manager / Surveyor to join our expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role combining site surveying, customer relations, and operational management.

The Role

* Carrying out site surveys and preparing quotations
* Managing day-to-day operations and scheduling works
* Liaising with customers and maintaining excellent client relationships
* Supporting and coordinating teams on projects
* Ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently

What We’re Looking For

* Experience within arboriculture, landscaping, or a similar industry preferred
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Ability to manage workloads and prioritise effectively
* Professional and customer-focused approach
* Full UK driving licence required

What We Offer

* £35,000 – £45,000 salary (depending on experience)
* Company vehicle provided
