Clemlec Group Ltd is looking for an experienced Multi Trader to join our growing Building & Maintenance team.

📍 Work across London, Surrey, Sussex, Kent and surrounding areas
🕒 Full-time, permanent position
💷 Competitive rates of pay (depending on experience)

We're looking for someone with experience in a range of trades, including:

✅ Carpentry
✅ Plumbing
✅ Painting & Decorating
✅ Plastering
✅ Tiling
✅ Groundworks
✅ General Repairs & Maintenance
✅ Property Refurbishments
✅ Disability Adaptions (Showers/Kitchens/Access)

The ideal candidate will:

✔ Have previous experience as a Multi Trader
✔ Be reliable, professional and hardworking
✔ Have good problem-solving skills
✔ Be able to work independently and as part of a team
✔ Be CIS Registered
✔ Hold a full UK driving licence, vehicle and own tools
✔ CSCS Card and DBS Certification desirable

💫You will take a pro-active approach to carry out repairs, maintenance and planned works to domestic and commercial spaces in a safe manner and to a consistent high standard.💫

Daily tasks will include:
🪛Property Maintenance
🔧Shower Adaptions & Disability Alterations
🔨Voids
🪚General Carpentry, Plumbing, Painting & Decorating, Plastering, Flooring, Tiling
🪏Grounds work, Fencing

You should:
✅Have at least 5 years experience
✅Be well presentable, clean & smart
✅Be reliable and have excellent time-keeping
✅Have relevant trade qualifications
✅Be CIS Registered
✅Have full driving licence, own vehicle and tools
✅Be willing to travel across London and the South

Our team has delivered the installation and termination of:
🔹 LSF CAT6A data cabling – approx. 4,000m
🔹 LMR-400 aerial cabling – approx. 700m
🔹 LV Cable and Accessories
🔹 Containmnet - Metal and UPVC

All works were completed throughout Wonderlab, providing a robust, reliable, and high-performance audio-visual experience ⚡📡
