A fresh spruce up for a kitchen, washroom and en-suite for a hmo property in plymouth this week, the before and after photos dont show enough just how much plumbing needed to be fixed to be up to regs! But alls well ends well and the property is all fresh again for the new years tenants! 's

My biggest garden project to date has finally come to a close! New fencing all round, patio areas replaced and a sun trap patio added, sleeper flowerbeds, borders and finished with a levelled out lawn area with turf!💪 a brilliant project to work on revamping this garden and the final outcome looks amazing just in time for summer!

A bit of a different one today, had a sudden break in my schedule due to the weather so decided to make the most of it and progress on some of my personal projects (currently completely renovating my house starting with my daughters room) so strengthened the floor by replacing old floorboards and joists, laid fresh underlay and new carpet and then built a massive 7ft tall single bunk bed with a custom ladder and enough room for a built in desk and gaming set up underneath 💪 all that it needs now is some finishing trims, some filler on the screw sets and joints and a couple licks of paint 👌 I've got one happy 8 year old today to say the least 🙌 now onto my next large home project being a 2m x 4m multi-media wall 👀
