Nearly there with our Porthleven job.. original bathroom was far too small for the customer!
so they wanted me to install a bathroom in the spare bedroom incorporating the separate toilet.

They also wanted the external walls insulated in the new bathroom and new front bedroom.

Removal of rotten sunroom and replace with block extention for new bathroom..

Customer wanted a large sky light to star gaze whilst in the bath 🌌🌠🌟🌟

Waiting on delivery of the new bath panel this week,tile basin splash back and final paint and seal up its all complete on the inside..

outside needs topcoat render and pvc facias,gutter vent and roof trims to complete

Very happy customer coming right up...

so we removed front garden wall, dug out all the top soil and formed a new concrete drive 😊 just the road to patch in and paths to manicure JOB DONE

a barn conversion to plasterboard and plaster and 4 flats to render for limitless construction...
were now fully booked up until the end of September!!

Floor tiling, all internal pvc sills,final paint and clean were all complete 😁
final product pics to follow shortly..
the install of the conservatory was done by another company that re-sells good quality second-hand conservatories at fraction of the new price tag...

teamed up with a.p plastering to do internal and external of 4 newbuild plots to get ready for paint inc all insulation and plasterboarding inside....

Renovation job to be plastered right through, 2 bathrooms to tile and old door entrance to be changed to a bathroom window, new door opening to be made... (still in progress)

Open plan vaulted room and kitchen to board and plaster

Kitchen to tile for agc carpentry....
