Marellan are proud to be associated with the latest development at London Bridge where a new £300m investment is regenerating the 1850 arches next to Borough Markets.

We have recently completed the electrical and fire safety works for the relocation of the marketing suite. We are looking forward to the next phase.

We are really pleased with this kitchen relocation job we've recently completed - creating an extra bedroom and a more family friendly kitchen area.

Our scope included creating a kitchen area, dismantling & moving existing kitchen cupboards and appliances into the living area, installation of new waste services and electrical & lighting design.

Its been a busy time for the Marellan team.

We have recently completed an overhaul of this local house. We've installed a new kitchen, washroom, flooring and lighting system, relocated the stairs as well as decorating throughout.

We think it looks great and were very happy to get the following feedback from our client...
