Plusfloor lvt planks and plusfloor terrazzo concrete tiles laid brick bond with sections divided with black border planks.
Floor prepared with tilemaster level flex + finish 🙌

Two recently completed Burmatex carpet tile jobs in some newly built office spaces. One large open area approximately 450m2 which we carried out over one night in a newly built industrial unit and one space on a mezzanine floor in another location. Easy jobs and dramatic changes to the areas.

Small job for a return customer. 3rd time we have been asked back to carry out further works in the property. 🙌
Electric UFH mat had been installed on the first floor bathroom, so we used Mapei Renovation screed over this. Primed prior to the mat being installed, primed again and embedded the mat, primed again, and a further 10mm layer on top a few days later. A slow process but has be done correctly to avoid the subfloor failing.

Prepped with 6mm FG1 plywood & finished with Polysafe standard safety vinyl, in Ceder Blue, capped & coved 100mm throughout the canteen and toilets in this mezzanine floor space in East Sussex. Nice job. đź‘Ś

Nice job wrapped up. An uplift of 40m2 of tiles and wood, primed and deep filled with Tilemaster levelflex + finish bringing the levels up to create a flush feature of Herringbone lvt with black border, along with new barrier matting has given this space a fresh look for the summer. Providing the full floor and wall package on this project. We get approached for hygienic wall cladding a lot but most of time we are too busy. On this occasion we had a local bakery to overhaul.

Two staircases, offices, tea points, and a large space on the factory floor in carpet tiles are all complete. Burmatex carpet tiles, Altro Walkway and polysafe standard along with Quantum nosings. Delays on this job too, but pleased to have another few projects ticked off.

We started this project back in October when we first deep filled the area covering electric under floor heating. We have put 70 bags Mapei renovation screed into this- Followed by Karndean KP105 knight tile.
A stunning house renovation and finished off with a perfect floor to enjoy their new space.
