As our Portugal stag weekend comes to an end, it’s safe to say it’s been a fantastic few days spent with great friends, plenty of laughs, and memories that will last a lifetime. 🇵🇹☀️🍻

Whilst we’ve been enjoying some well earned downtime, the real success story is that back home Hystar has continued to operate exactly as it should professionally, efficiently and without missing a beat.

One of the foundations of any successful construction company is having the right people in place. Thanks to our experienced management team, site agents, office staff and trusted subcontractors, every project has continued to progress safely, on programme and to the high standards our clients expect.

A business should never rely on one or two individuals. It should be built around strong systems, trusted people and a shared commitment to quality. That’s something we are incredibly proud of at Hystar.

A huge thank you to everyone who has kept the wheels turning while we have been away. We’ll be back in the office refreshed, recharged and ready for the next challenge.

Now it’s time to swap the beach for the boardroom and get back to building.

Meet Simon one of Hystar Group’s highly experienced Site Agents.

Behind every well run construction site is strong leadership, organisation and communication and Simon plays a key role in making that happen on a daily basis.

From coordinating subcontractors and managing site operations, to liaising closely with clients and ensuring works progress safely and efficiently, experienced site management is essential to keeping projects running smoothly and to the highest standards.

At Hystar Group, we understand that successful projects are built not only through quality workmanship, but through experienced people who know how to manage programmes, solve problems and keep communication flowing between everyone involved.

Another strong week of progress on site at Hystar Group. 👷‍♂️🏗️

Great to see this project moving forward at pace, with significant progress made across the development. The team has been working efficiently to complete the substructure works, with drainage now installed and brickwork/blockwork progressing rapidly throughout the site.

With the excellent organisation, coordination and hard work from everyone involved, we are now preparing for the next major milestone, installation of the ground floor beams.

These stages are where planning, expertise and teamwork really come together, and it’s fantastic to see the development taking shape so quickly.

A big thank you to all the teams on site for their continued effort and high standards. Looking forward to sharing the next update as progress continues.
