Before installing the lead, the walls were ply-lined to provide a solid, smooth substrate. This preparation helps ensure a longer-lasting installation and allows the lead to perform exactly as it should.

We’re delighted to have secured a new project at Colebrook Row, delivering a full Welsh slate roof replacement, inclusive of specialist lead works and structural carpentry.

This scheme will involve the careful removal of the existing roof covering, detailed inspection and upgrade of the structural timbers, and installation of a premium Welsh slate system to ensure longevity, performance, and a high-quality finish. 🏠✨

Our scope of works includes:
🔨 Structural carpentry repairs and strengthening
🪚 Replacement and upgrading of roof timbers where required
🔩 Traditional lead flashings, valleys & detailing
🧱 Installation of natural Welsh slate
📐 Ensuring full compliance with current building regulations
