We're delighted to announce a new partnership with Hopgrove Construction after being awarded the decorating contract for Riverside Vets in Abergavenny.

Mistcoats are due to commence in approximately two weeks and we're looking forward to delivering another high-quality finish.

A huge thank you to Hopgrove for giving us this opportunity. We truly appreciate their confidence in our team and are excited to be working alongside them on this project.

New Contract Award 📜🖊️🤝

We're delighted to announce another contract award with our long-standing client P&P Builders.

Our team has been awarded the decorations and tiling contract for the new affordable housing development on Manor Way, Abersychan being delivered by P&P in partnership with Bron Afon Community Housing.

The development will transform the site through the demolition of existing buildings and the construction of 10 high-quality affordable homes comprising:
🏡 4 x 2-bedroom houses
🏡 5 x 1-bedroom flats
🏡 1 x 2-bedroom flat

We're proud to continue supporting P&P on another successful project and look forward to working alongside the wider project team to help bring this important development to completion.

PROJECT UPDATE 👷🚧⏳

Works are progressing on the redevelopment of 9–22 Moira Terrace, Adamsdown and we're pleased to share the latest update from site. Our team has now successfully completed tiling works and mistcoating to approximately 70% of the first and second floor apartments, keeping the project firmly on programme.

It's great to see this Grade II listed Victorian building continuing its transformation, with the new apartments really starting to take shape. We're proud to be playing our part in delivering this fantastic redevelopment alongside Yourspace Projects and Cardiff Community Housing Association.

A big thank you to our site team for their continued hard work and commitment to maintaining the high standards we pride ourselves on.

New Contract Award 📜🖊️🤝

We are delighted to have been awarded the painting and tiling contract for this exciting project for our client Yourspace Projects.

Callaghan House, conveniently situated next door to our existing project at Moira Terrace, served as Cardiff Community Housing Association's main office from 2002 to 2022 before being occupied by Welsh Women's Aid. It is now being redeveloped into six new energy-efficient homes with landscaped gardens. The development will deliver three 3-bedroom apartments and three 2-bedroom apartments helping to provide much-needed high-quality homes in a central area of the city.

A big thank you once again to the the team at YSP for the opportunity to work on this transformation project. We look forward to working alongside the team once again and playing our part in bringing this fantastic development to life.

New Contract Award📝🤝

The greatest compliment in our industry is repeat business. Following the quality of work delivered thus far and the strong relationships built at Ship & Anchor, Fishguard, we are proud to have secured a second contract with Jones Brothers (Henllan) Ltd.

Our team has been appointed to deliver the decoration package for an exciting new residential development in Carmarthen, transforming the former Lidl supermarket site on Priory Street into much needed housing for the local community.

This development on behalf of Wales & West Housing will provide 49 modern apartments for people aged 55 and over, designed across four x two and three storey blocks surrounding a split-level communal courtyard garden. Residents will benefit from dedicated parking, private decked access to each apartment and attractive garden views.

We are grateful to continue working alongside Jones Brothers and Wales & West Housing on a project that will create high-quality homes and make a positive contribution to the community.

A huge thank you to everyone involved in helping us secure this opportunity.

New Contract 🤝🖋️📃

Delighted to announce that we have been awarded the tiling package for the new Hafan Y Dderwen Extra Care development in Penarth, working alongside our valued client JG Hale Group Ltd.

This fantastic scheme for Wales & West Housing will deliver 70 modern, self-contained apartments designed to support independent living for over 55s within a caring community environment.

Works are already underway on site with our tiling teams scheduled to commence in July.

We’re proud to be contributing to a development that will provide high-quality, energy-efficient homes and vital community facilities for local residents. We look forward to working closely with the project team and helping bring this important development to life.

Project Completion – St Brides Road, Wick ✅

We’re proud to share the successful completion of decoration works at St Brides Road, Wick by the RYDEC team.

Working on behalf of our long standing client, this project was delivered in partnership with Wales & West Housing, Welsh Government and the Vale of Glamorgan Council to help provide 17 brand new high-quality homes for the local community.

Our team carried out the full internal decoration package, ensuring a high standard of finish throughout the development. It’s always rewarding to contribute to projects that support sustainable housing and strengthen local communities.
