- Old Stone Manor Project -

We have been extremely busy over the past few months at the old stone manor project, taking on a variety of work and getting it complete ready for the client to move in.

Upstairs is now complete, and what better way to start off with these beautiful set of bespoke built wardrobes. Utilising the space in this master bedroom to give that walk in wardrobe effect.

Now inbetween all this work upstairs , we have also been extremely busy around the property pushing things forward. Extension, utility room, gable end knock through. There really is plenty going on so keep your eyes peeled for what’s to come.

As always all our work is completed to the highest standard, always open to ideas to create your wow factor. Feel free to get in touch.

- Old Stone Manor -

Over the past few months we’ve been extremely busy on this extension at the old stone manor Project. It’s the first big project of many here which is coming close to getting over the finish line.
Inside this extension we have a utility room along with a boot room and study area which is being fitted, and also a downstairs toilet for the property. All built to buildings regulations this extension has been a massive addition to the property and we can’t wait to get it wrapped up.

All works completed to the highest of standards. The works that’s been undertaken already are:
-footings
- block work with insulated cavity and stone warm outside skin
- scissor truss roof with valley tying into existing roof
Concrete floor, under floor heating and screed layed
- internal knock through of existing wall
- stud work and battens on all external walls
- fully insulated and plasterboard
- full skim throughout
- first fix electrics and plumbing
- pvc windows and doors fitted
- entrance steps.

Running it back to a double stair case renovation completed for a returning customer.

We fitted the customers kitchen and was contacted shortly after completion to return to renovate both stair cases the customer had in their 3 story home.

Transforming the old fashioned paddle stair cases for some modern oak tread and risers, along with oak hand and base rails, and black spiral spindles to round it all off nicely.

A lot of work took place with both stair cases staying in. We added new soft wood stringers on both, Cladded all treads and risers, took out the old hand rails and replaced with new oak hand and base rail. We also built a new platform in the down stairs kitchen to tie into the fridge end panel. We also layed oak engineered flooring throughout the middle floor.

It really is amazing seeing the transformation when you have a true passion for your work.
