Never one to shy away from a challenge, “ I want a glass flat roof skylight in my pitched roof” open roof up, new timbers, ply side and back boards, code 4 lead front apron, EPDM side and back gutter, then the challenge of getting a lump of glass onto the roof….. done it, well Brandon done it, but I like to think I was a little help

Had an email, “my guttering has fallen off, how much to re fix” photo shows gutter and backing board one side on the floor, gave her a price, “yes great please do work asap” went there today, she had just bought a refurbished house in Clydach, the timber and gutter fell off due to lack of fixings, brand new slate roof extension, all gauges on 330mm (max 250mm) ridge missing and not fixed, appalling workmanship, she then said there’s electric sockets in the house that are not connected, didn’t have the heart to tell her the roof needs renewal, these rip off bastards should be in court, her solicitors told her it’s not worth the cost to take the builder/seller to court!
Be careful who you use for work, cheap isn’t so cheap when paying twice, and the courts are a waste of time

Be careful people, there’s some dodgy ones out there, this owner had this work done, called me to say “the leak is worse now” he wouldn’t name the company, it’s up there with the worse work I’ve seen
