Job role: Fully Qualified Electrician
Location: North Wales
Salary: Negotiable & Dependent on experience
Type of Role: Full Time (Flexible working hours, possibly working weekends/nights & away from home occasionally)

Candidate Requirements:
> An in-depth knowledge of all aspects of electrical methods.
> Electrical Qualification
> Excellent people skills to work with staff and customers.
> Excellent organisational and planning skills.
> The ability to take on responsibility when required and make decisions.
> The ability to work well as part of a team as well as being able to work independently.
> Full Driving Licence.
> Based within a 15 mile radius of Rhuddlan, North Wales.

About Us:
Elite Electrical are leading electrical contractors based in Rhuddlan, North Wales. We offer and specialise in all electrical services including Domestic, Commercial and Industrial electrical installation, certification, repair and electrical fault-finding.

Elite Electrical undertake various sizes of projects throughout North Wales and Cheshire, therefore it is expected you would be located within a reasonable commute of these areas.

Wage is negotiable depending on experience, and can be discussed further on application.

Job Role: Office Administrator
Hours: Minimum 16 hours per week

We are looking for a reliable Office Administrator. They will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently.

The tasks of the office administrator will include computer based accounts bookkeeping. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy.

The office administrator ensures smooth running of our company’s offices and contributes in driving sustainable growth.

Responsibilities
------------------
> Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
> Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc.
> Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.
> Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
> Track stock & supplies and place orders when necessary.
> Submit timely reports and prepare quotations/proposals as assigned.
> Assist colleagues whenever necessary.

Requirements
---------------
> Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role.
> Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
> Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
> Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
> Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software.
