Bit of a hidden nightmare on this one 👀

A long-term leak had caused the bathroom floor tiles to fail and the timber floor underneath to completely rot out. Everything was stripped back, damaged sections replaced, new floor installed and fully re-tiled throughout.

Also repaired the leak, damaged ceiling below - boarded, patched and blended back in to match the existing finish.
Really pleased with how this one came back together. 👍

From worn out to wow, Old decking removed - brand new finish installed 👌🏻

🌿 Decking Transformation Complete 🌿

Out with the old and in with the new 👌

This project involved removing all of the old worn decking boards and completely re-decking the area to give the garden a fresh new look. The new timber decking now creates a clean, modern space around the pond and seating area while keeping the flow of the garden intact.

A really satisfying transformation and a huge improvement to both the look and usability of the space 🔨🌿
