This week, we are proud to recognise Brandon’s progression to Plater/Welder following the successful completion of the EvadX in-house fabrication training programme.
Since joining EvadX in 2023, Brandon has approached every challenge with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. His progression to Plater/Welder is the result of three years of hard work, dedication and continual development within the business.
Pictured on the left is Brandon alongside his mentor, Dave, who brings nearly 40 years of fabrication experience and has dedicated almost 26 years of service to EvadX. Throughout Brandon’s training, Dave has been instrumental in passing on the practical skills, knowledge and standards that have helped shape Brandon’s development into a capable and confident fabricator.
At a time when the manufacturing and engineering sectors continue to face significant skills shortages, developing the next generation of tradespeople has never been more important. Brandon’s progression reflects not only his own hard work and commitment, but also the willingness of our experienced workforce to invest their time and knowledge in those coming through the industry. The future of fabrication depends on that transfer of skills from one generation to the next.
