Something a bit different to our usual work.

We built this pergola with a cedar-clad feature wall, complete with lighting, a built-in seating area, and climbing plants to soften the space.

Finished with a proper flat roof so it can be used all year round, plus electric and gas heaters to keep it comfortable whatever the weather. A great outdoor living space!

Back to one of our extension projects from last year to give the garden the finish it deserved 🙌

We fully levelled the garden and completed it with new fencing and a fresh patio. Big transformation and a much more usable space for the client!

Rickmansworth job update 👷🏼‍♂️

We turned up day 1 to dig traditional foundations, to find that we were digging under the water table. This meant that when we dug out any soil it was immediately replaced with water and traditional foundations were not going to be adequate ❌

We found a local structural engineer that was familiar with the ground type. He designed us a reinforced concrete raft foundation ✅️

It took a few weeks to get all the paperwork sorted but we now have a solid foundation and the blockwork is finally going up 🏠

You can also see from the photos we have very little access so had to be creative and bring the digger through the house! 😅

Hopefully all smooth sailing from here... check back for updates👷🏼‍♂️
