Another project is nearing completion. 🏗️

These two new town houses in North London are now entering the final stages of construction, with the finish line in sight.

Our Project Manager, Alistair, has been overseeing progress on site as the development has taken shape. It’s always rewarding to see months of planning, coordination and teamwork come together as a project approaches completion.

We look forward to seeing the finished homes ready for their new owners.

Taking a look back at one of our completed renovation projects.

CLPM were appointed to provide Project Management, tendering and cost management throughout the transformation of this beautiful home. Blending contemporary design with the character of a traditional property, the finished result is a bright, spacious home that perfectly balances old and new.

One of the most rewarding parts of any project is seeing the finished home once the clients have made it their own. The personal touches, furnishings and décor are what truly bring a space to life, and this project is a wonderful example of that.
