🚧 We’re hiring: Site Manager – Sherford

Groundfix is looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our team at Sherford, near Plymouth, where work on Phase 3AB is well underway.

You’ll manage the day-to-day delivery of this major infrastructure project, overseeing site teams and subcontractors while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, programme and cost control.

We’re looking for someone with:

✅ 3–5+ years’ Site Manager experience
✅ Extensive infrastructure knowledge including bulk earthworks, drainage, services and road construction
✅ SMSTS and CSCS qualifications
✅ Strong leadership and communication skills
✅ A hands-on approach to health, safety and quality

We offer a competitive salary, company vehicle or car allowance, 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays, a performance-related bonus scheme and excellent development opportunities.
