🏡 A Long Overdue Exterior Transformation
Here’s one we completed a couple of months ago that we completely forgot to share!
This bungalow had previously been fully rendered but unfortunately was never painted afterwards, leaving the bare render exposed to the elements for a considerable amount of time.
As you can see from the before photos, the unpainted render had started to look tired, weathered and discoloured. The property was crying out for that final stage to properly finish it off.
We were brought in to finally give the exterior the protection and finish it should have had from the start.
Preparation was key on this one. We thoroughly prepared the existing render, dealing with any areas that required attention and making sure the surfaces were clean and ready before applying the exterior masonry paint system.
🎨 The entire bungalow was then professionally painted, completely transforming the appearance from the original bare grey render to a crisp, clean white finish.
We also carried the transformation across to the detached garage, painting the original brickwork in the same colour as the house while keeping the brickwork texture and detailing visible. This helped bring the two buildings together and made the whole property feel much more complete.
The difference is massive. 👌
What had been left as unfinished render for a long time now looks like a properly finished home — fresh, bright and, most importantly, protected from the British weather.
