🏠 Another re-roof completed in Southbourne!

This one was a full strip and re-roof, finished using Cembrit Jutland fibre cement slate.

We stripped the existing roof covering and all of the close boarding before installing new treated battens and counter-battens, along with Permavent vapour-permeable membrane.

The roof was then re-slated using Cembrit Jutland fibre cement slate, finished with a dry ridge system to the hips and ridges.

As part of the project, we also completed:
🔨 Full new plastic fascia, soffit & guttering
🔨 2 new Velux windows
🔨 Full trimming out of the new Velux openings

🏫 1,000m² Flat Roof Overlay – School Project 🏫

Another large-scale roofing project successfully completed by Warren Roofing Ltd.

We were contracted to complete a 1,000m² flat roof overlay using a Soprema SL500 three-layer torch-on felt system.

The existing roof was thoroughly prepared and primed to ensure excellent adhesion before installing the new waterproofing system, providing a durable and long-lasting finish.

A key part of this project was completing the works within the required timeframe, allowing the school to be fully cleared and ready for the children to return as scheduled.

🏫 TWYNHAM SCHOOL – SCIENCE BLOCK RE-ROOF

A much-needed re-roof completed on the science block at Twynham School. 👷‍♂️🔨

This was a 450m² up-and-over roof, which we fully stripped back before installing:

▪️ New roofing felt and treated battens
▪️ New Santoff Danum tiles
▪️ Dry ridge system
▪️ Dry verge system
▪️ Eve installed to work alongside the dry ridge system, providing effective cross-flow ventilation

Acme Plain tile roof completed in Bramshaw ✅

Another fantastic project completed, featuring:
• New bat-friendly roofing membrane
• Bat access points installed using tile vents/valleys
• Traditional bedded verges for a clean, classic finish
• New 3-layer Soprema torch-on felt system to the flat roof

This one was a pleasure to finally get over the line, and we’re delighted with the finished result.

Re-roof complete in Bournemouth including all new fascia, soffit & guttering.

We stripped the roof back completely and installed:
• New vapour permeable felt
• Treated battens
• Eave trays & ventilation
• Marley Ludlow tiles in Granulated Dark Red
• Matching ridge and hip tiles

We also stripped the entire flat roof, re-boarded it, and installed a 3-layer Soprema SL500 torch-on system with new lead outlets.
We did not paint the mortar red - this was carried out by the customer.

Another simulator room roof completed for our friends at Ample Sim Studios.

This roof was covered using Cupa Gallega first-grade Spanish slate, finished with a mechanically fixed ridge system for a clean, durable finish. To add a little extra character, we also incorporated a decorative detail on the verges.

This project is going to look incredible once it’s fully completed – we can’t wait to see the finished result!
